Signature Workshop #1 - Experience the Farm
1. Make Organic Compost
What is in the food you eat? What makes it? Everything starts with organic compost. Here’s your chance to see and participate. It’s a tiring but rewarding process.
2. Pick & Make Your Own Dish/Menu
Learn what the main ingredients of your dish are. Then, go back to the farm and see how each of the ingredients are grown. Vegetables, fruits and herbs. You’ll see your food from beginning to end. Soil to plate to fork.
3. Plant Your Own Fruits, Herbs or Vegetables
Feel the soil & get connected to nature. This is your time to get dirty, with a shovel in hand. You’ll get to plant one tree and one type of vegetable. Give back to the community, and help to reforest the land.
4. Organic Agriculture 101 (Seminar)
We’ll give you the core principles of organic farming. These’ll impact your every day life. Come change your persepctive on how to live - a simple, sustainable lifestyle. Everything is connected, and needs to be in balance.
5. Visit the Community Conservation Forest & an Exemplary Local Integrated Farm
Come explore our preservation project. The forest is diverse with wildlife. It’s being protected by Thai Isaan villagers. These people were resettled because of natural disaster. There’s a beautiful natural spring here. Come drink some living water. Afterwards, see our co-op garden. Catch a fish or pick vegatables with your bare hands.
Signature Tour #2 - Experience Thai Cooking
1. Essential Thai Ingredients & Philosophy of Thai Food
See, taste, touch and make some signature Thai ingredients. Crack open the coconut, and make coconut milk from scratch. From there, learn how to make different variations of chilis, lemongrass, galangal, and others. Cook with your tongue, not by the recipe book. This is the Thai way of thinking about cooking.
2. Creating a Traditional Thai Food Dish
Select a personal favorite Thai dish. From there, grab a basket. Go and pick all the ingredients straight from our organic farm. Come back, and learn to make a delicious dish with our cooks. Every moment is fun. The end result will be super tasty (hopefully).
3. Creating a Traditional Thai Dessert
This is your time to make a signature desert - Thai style. You’ll learn some of the main ingredients to creating a natural, healthy desert. Everything is locally sourced, and we only make what’s in season. The recipes are all inspired by local traditions. Yummy!
4. Pick Various Flower Species from the Farm - “Edible Arrangements”
Thai flowers are beautiful. They come in violets, rose, brilliant yellow, and sky blue. What most people don’t know is… You can eat them. And they’re really good for you. Learn the healthy properties of various local flowers. And make “Edible Arrangements” with them. Lovely and delicious.

Signature Tour #3 - Experience Thai Nature
1A. Farm Goats & Sheep - Dairy and Compost Process (Part 1)
Get a chance to get up and close with our animals. They’re super friendly, and you’ll get to give them a shower, milk them, and interact with them. This is part of our Goat house, where we source several of our ingredients.
1B. Farm Chickens & Ducks - Eggs and Rice Field (Part 2)
Ducks are our key for a pest-free, healthy rice crop. They oxygenate the water; they eat the bugs; and they fertilize the fields. The eggs produced are collected, and made into our signature dishes. During this activity, you’ll learn to make natural animal food, feed the ducks/chickens, select eggs from either one, and learn to make variety of homemade, unique delicacies. One of our favorites is the salted, fermented duck eggs. One of the elements in many of our signature dishes. It’s all natural and good for you.
2A. Plant Rice in the Paddy Fields - Get Dirty
From one rice grain, comes up to 100 plants, and up to 10,000 rice grains. They are an amazing miracle of nature. Grab a rice stalk, and transplant it into our fields. Step into soft, muddy fields. It’s a detox for your feet. Then learn what role rice plays for Thais, and how it makes up their livelihood.
2B. Seedling to Transplant, Mill to Grill - Rice Every Step of the Way
Here’s a fascinating glimpse of our in-house rice mill. The process from seed to final product is a complex one, taking skill and diligence. It starts off with seedlings; next, you transplant the rice; from there, you take it to the mill; after this, you’ll grill and taste our homemade crispy rice snacks. Each step of the process is important to making fresh, healthy rice products. You’ll begin to understand why we grow rice, and how it’s made into rice flour.
3. Natural Cloth Dying From Nature - Choice of Shirt, Tote Bag or Scarf
Nature provides us with beautiful natural dyes. From different herbs, grasses and leaves, we get many different colors. Seasonally and locally, the colors vary. You’ll get to create different artistic designs.
4. Bamboo Handicraft Creation
Bamboo handicrafts are a signature traditional craft of Thai people. For centuries, they’ve been making unique, artistic creations. In this workshop, you’ll get the choice to make either a bamboo basket or handheld fan. Take it home and show it to your loved ones!
